Telangana and Hainan Province Sign Sister-State Agreement

Telangana and Hainan Province (China) delegations signed the Sister-State MoU to boost investment opportunities.

The Hainan Province delegation was led by Mr Liu Cigui, Governor. Telangana delegation was led by Minister KT Rama Rao.
T-Hub and Hainan RSC also signed an MoU for mutual cooperation in Startup incubation.
